The plans for this hotel refurbishment have been made with Hilton Worldwide to be a part of Curio – A Collection by Hilton. This will reestablish the luxurious environment that has accelerated growth in Dallas over the past decade. With this completed, Dallas will be repositioned as an even great location for travelers to experience the southwest.

For the first time in this part of Dallas, nearly all of the buildings will have been revitalized and flourishing with business and activity. Many of the business owners already in the area are looking up at the future effects of this refurbishment project. Many skeptics have been wary of whether or not this deal would go through for the city of Dallas.
