From a very early age Dylan Bednarz has had a drive to succeed in everything that he has chosen to do in life. After enjoying a successful academic career at both the elementary and high school level, he has set his sights upon forging a career in the pharmaceutical industry and is now focused on obtaining all of the skills that he will need in order to enjoy a successful career in the sector.

He is currently studying Chemical Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, achieving a 3.41 Grade Point Average in the process and with the aim of graduating with his Bachelor’s degree very soon. He is also dedicating as much of his time as possible to understanding the role that a Pharmaceutical Engineer is required to complete, in preparation for studying for his Master’s degree in the subject upon obtaining his Bachelor’s degree.

In addition to using these course to gain the technical knowledge that he will need in order to succeed in his chosen profession, Dylan Bednarz has been quick to understand that there are many other skills that he will need to work as a Pharmaceutical Engineer, particularly if he wants to realize his goal of becoming a laboratory manager. This is why he has also focused on improving his business acumen, spending a year studying Business Management at Middlesex Country College before he started studying Chemical Engineering.

He has used these skills in the early stages of his career, having ascended to the position of Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread after just three years with the company, having first started his career as an Associate.

Today, Dylan Bednarz is completely focused on doing whatever it takes in order to achieve his career goals. His full-time role at Panera Bread allows him to understand the challenges that managing a large team of people presents, while his education allows him to learn the technical skills that he will need in order to work effectively in a laboratory. Through hard work and diligence, he hopes to make great strides in his career in the coming years, achieving his goals in the process.
