When he turned 18, Richard Nel went off on his own to Pretoria, where he struck it rich with a private property company and had now enabled himself to get back on the horse with a mallet. By the time he had achieved such success though, Dr. Richard Nel had already set his sights on other goals. What resulted was his founding of Gate Investment Group, a special risk investment company that boosted Dr. Richard Nel’s wealth to unprecedented levels.

With Gate Investment Group’s profits boosting his lifestyle to new levels, Dr. Richard Nel joined the Southern Equitorial Ferrari Automobile Club back in 2006. He put down the mallet and started attending high-profile polo events as a spectator, where he mingled with people of similar levels of affluence.
