Dr. Jason Fond is a distinguished and well-known orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician from Nanuet, NY. After completing his medical education and receiving his medical license, Dr. Fond opened Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in 2001. After nearly 14-years attending to his orthopedic patients, Dr. Fond merged his practice with several other prominent orthopedic practices in the Rockland County region of New York to form the Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice.

Dr. Jason Fond received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995. He served his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Montefiore Medical Center and received a Fellowship for Sports Medicine at Georgetown University. Dr. Fond was awarded the Doctor of the Year Award by Nyack Hospital for his continued commitment to his patients and was given the Castle Connolly Top Doctor NY Metro award in 2014 and 2015.

Dr. Jason Fond is a devoted husband and father of three children and enjoys spending time with his family. When he is not with his patients, Dr. Fond can be found coaching his children in their various activities, attending sporting events with his family, and cooking meals together. He currently lives in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey with his family.
