Dr Charles Hodge was an effective physician and educator within the Upstate Medical University Department of Neurosurgery for over 34 years, responsible for the training of several dozen successful neurosurgeons currently practicing throughout the United States. As the department chairman for 19 years, Hodge emphasized the need for more thoughtful, precise and comprehensive treatments, care that more effectively targeted each patient’s particular condition and that led to better results and a more satisfying patient experience. Dr Charles Hodge has continually demonstrated both the desire and the will to pursue and implement both thoughtful, comprehensive care and innovative treatments as an educator, researcher and practicing physician, a quality he brings to the vCases vision.
