Coming from a family of expert home builders and entrepreneurs, David Gianulias grew up with a deep fascination for homebuilding. His family is one of the first home builders in Orange County, California. He discovered his knack for home building and real estate development at an early age. When he was young, he spent many summers learning the ropes of the family business that is now called G Companies. Before David became a full pledged homebuilder, he first applied his managerial skills in the music industry by managing music bands in the early 90s. However, after a short stay in Europe, David returned to the United States and started working in the family real estate business.

In 1995, David Gianulias founded the Cal Star Development. The company was founded to take advantage of extensive foreclosures during the 90s recession that allowed them to purchase low-cost properties. With the help of the US Housing and Urban Development agency and a non-profit church organization, Cal Star Development was able to realize the “American Dream” program. The project helped responsible tenants in South Central LA, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties to keep their homes at an affordable price.

David is committed to following in the footsteps of his grandfather, and providing cost-effective housing to residents in the area. His company Silver Oaks Communities has succeeded in making a mark for itself and placing itself on the Southern California Inland Empire.

In 2007, David became the president of G Companies and closely managed all operations of the company. With his extensive experience and knowledge in business management and homebuilding, David aims to take Three G Development, LLC to greater heights. Three G Development is the home construction subsidiary of G Companies. David aims to build over 1,000 apartment units every couple of years.
