David Gianulias is the owner of the Levendi Winery and founding partner in Innovation Spirits. He has created delicious wines with is winemaker that have won awards all over the world, including tasting tests in Hong Kong. There have even been reviews and articles written about his award-winning drinks. He is very proud of all of his wines and while he has sold thousands of bottles, he wants to build his winery up even more over the next few years and make it more successful.

As a winery owner, he knows the best grapes and locations to grow them in. He has experimented with several different varieties of grapes and wines and also makes a great tequila as well. He enjoys the wine business and it has opened up many opportunities for him. He has traveled to many different companies to share his wines with others and to try new wines himself. He also travels often to compete in wine and spirits competitions.

One of the things that inspired him to start making wine was tracing his heritage back to Greece. He found that his family once made wine in Greece and decided to start making it himself. His winery business has been very successful and received many accolades, including ratings of 94, 93 and 92.
When he isn’t making wine and spending time in his winery, David is working on his other passion, real estate development. He is the President and CEO of a third generation building company. Both his father and grandfather were real estate developers. His grandfather was even chosen to help build certain structures in Disney World.

As a real estate developer he looks for structures and homes at low prices and then develops them. He then sells them and makes a profit. He has been successful in both the winery and real estate business. He has set goals for both of his passions. He hopes to win more wine competitions and continue to create new flavors and sell more varieties. He also hopes to continue to improve his real estate company and create new developments.
David Gianulias is successful and care about giving back to the community. He helps with many charities and causes. He cares about animal welfare, fights for better treatments of veterans and is always quick to donate to hospitals and causes that affect children. He is passionate about running successful businesses, but also cares about helping others and making the world a better place.
