David C Minton has made a name for himself as one of the best doctors in the Tampa Bay area. He
specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, and currently works in three different offices that are conveniently located around the Tampa metro area. He is currently certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is also a member of many professional health organizations, including the Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough Country Medical Association, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Minton is originally from Plainfield, New Jersey, and grew up just a short drive away from New York City, save for a few years in high school where his family lived in the suburbs of Chicago. David C Minton attended Caldwell High School, and then went on to complete his Bachelor’s of Science at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, where he was in the top quartile of his class. After that, he decided to attend medical school at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He then moved to Florida, where he completed his residency at the University of Florida and graduated in 1992.
In his twenty-three years of clinical practice, Minton has been consistently recognized for his hard work and dedication. He has received many awards throughout his career, including the Compassionate Physician’s Award and Tampa Bay’s Best Doctor award. He has also been consistently recognized as one of the top 10 doctors in the Tampa area. He frequently takes on leadership roles in the industry and continues to be active in looking for new opportunities to make a difference. He also volunteers at a local free medical clinic in his spare time, sharing his skills with those who need it most.
David C Minton has many hobbies and interests outside of medicine. These include playing the trumpet, spending time on the beach, water sports, traveling, watching football, playing golf, and more. He also has a wife and three children that he loves to spend time with.
