Blair Schlossberg has worked in law and real estate for over twenty years. In 2009, he and his business partner Moshe Manoah founded Crown Holdings Group, amid one of the worst economic downturns in recent memory.

He organized the company’s real estate assets into three basic categories, each managed by its own dedicated affiliate company: retail and shopping property, rental properties, and residential properties. Schlossberg also manages Duke Homes, Inc., the Crown Holdings Group affiliate that manages residential properties. This successful strategy allows Crown Holdings Group to create profitable returns for their investors and help revitalize the Atlanta area by adding value to its real estate properties.
