Christopher Manning bought what was then the Days Inn Hyannis near Cape Cod in 1993 when he started his company, Pylon Hospitality Management. Since then, the tourism industry in the area has stayed strong despite ups and downs from the economy as a whole. Manning operated the hotel until 2014 when he sold the property to Konover Corporation. Knowing that Konover would need to renovate the property and turn it into the Fairfield Resort by Marriot, he helped Konover conduct the operations needed to make the renovations possible. He has been consulting with Konover on the transformation ever since.

Christopher Manning has lived and worked near Cape Cod for decades, and he is always pleased to help the area develop more tourism-based revenue streams any chance he gets. Manning has run his hotels for years and continues to be an active participant in the tourism industry to this day.
