Christian LeFer, Mantle, Inc. CEO and the innovator behind GetNonprofitStatus.com, has been recently recognized by the professional community for the creation of innovative and exciting new software.

Christian LeFer, creator of GetNonprofitStatus.com and CEO of software company Mantle, Inc. recently received the 2014 Product Creator Award, given to him by Mike Koenigs and Pam Hendrickson at the annual Make Market Launch IT (MML) gathering in San Diego, California.

The Product Creator Award is reserved for outstanding individuals who introduce an innovative product to the marketplace.

Christian won the award for his creation of cutting-edge software in the nonprofit niche, which makes it easier to start a 501c3. “What better way to change the world than by thousands of others to change the world according to their vision,” says LeFer. “My mission is to promote foster care and adoption of foster children, and don’t we all want to make the world a better place in some way?”

Christian said he had an “epiphany” when he attended the Make Market Launch IT kickoff conference in 2011, an idea to build a way to better bring his ideas to the masses. He soon set about working on his new project, while already being known as a sought-after nonprofit consultant.

“We’re proud to honor Christian with the 2014 Product Creator Award and can’t wait to see what he does next,” said Pam Hendrickson. “One of the things I love most about this is that I get to bring a community of innovators together, and Christian is a big part of that.”

MML is a product development system pioneered by Pam Hendrickson, 20 year Vice President of Product Development for Anthony Robbins Companies, as well as Mike Koenigs, one of the world’s most successful and prolific Internet Marketing and software innovators in the world. Pam and Mike also certify consultants in Product Creation.

“Christian LeFer was one of our early adopters for this system,” said Hendrickson, “He came through our program, saw the vision for creating a product and took action on his ideas. Forget thinking outside the box – I don’t think Christian even sees any box.”

In 2012, Christian got selected for Hendrickson’s Make Market Launch “Hot Seat” panel, which he describes as “Shark Tank for product creators”. While it can be uncomfortable to be peppered with challenging questions, he said, “it leads to a much better product.”

Christian’s video channel, the venue he uses to help nonprofit founders get their start, has hundreds of positive comments, over 1,000 subscribers and over 100,000 views.

A cum laude graduate of New Jersey’s Rutgers University, LeFer has been a successful marketing consultant and entrepreneur over 20 years. He won the 2014 Product Creator Award for his innovative nonprofit software product. Christian LeFer is also President of the Foster and Adoptive Families Foundation, which promotes foster parenting through the power of shared stories.

In addition to consulting with entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, candidates for office, and CEOs, Christian spent ten years as a high-dollar fundraiser, raising millions of dollars for various causes. During that time he became involved as a Certified Therapeutic foster parent. He and his wife adopted one of their foster children in 2012 and now reside with their three children in Denver, Colorado.
