Charles Hodge MD has made a great contribution to the field of neurosurgery over the course of his career. As a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons Charles Hodge MD served on the Program Committee from 1981 to 1986, as the Chairman of the Poster Session in 1981, as the Chairman of the Scientific Program in 1985, as the Chairman of the Annual Meeting in 1986, as the Chairman of the Graduate Education Subcommittee from 1992 to 1997, and as Vice President from 2004 to 2005. In 2008, Charles Hodge MD became a Life Time Member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. As a member of the Society of Neurological Surgeons Charles Hodge MD served as the Co-Chairman of the Research Committee from 1992 to 1996, as the Program Chairman in 1996, as Vice President from 2001 to 2002, as Co-Chairman of the Curriculum Committee from 2002 to 2008, the President Elect from 2004 to 2005, and as its president from 2005-2006.


As is evident, Charles Hodge MD has made great contributions outside of his employment and within these organizations. Charles Hodge MD currently is working as the Chief Medical Officer of vCases, an online medical tool that is designed to help medical students, medical residents, and practicing physicians develop more reliable diagnostic methods. Charles Hodge MD has made a great contribution to the field of medicine and the field of neurosurgery in particular over the course of his career.
