Chad Christian Clift has been working in the culinary industry for over ten years. He has a wide range of experience at many different restaurants, and focuses on Asian fusion cuisine in particular. He trained at the Oregon Culinary Institute, which is located in Portland, Oregon. He currently works at two different restaurants in the Seattle area, as well as teaching culinary classes and working on writing his first cookbook. He hopes to continue to expand his career and eventually own his own restaurant in the Pacific Northwest.

Outside of his work as a chef, Clift has a wide range of hobbies and interests. His biggest interest is traveling, and he has traveled to many different locations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and even Africa. While traveling, he focuses on experiencing the local cuisine as well as exploring local sights and getting an authentic feel for the culture. He hopes to continue traveling around the world and experiencing more of the world’s most exciting destinations.

Clift also loves staying active, and has many outdoor hobbies. Chad Christian Clift loves to go scuba diving, and has dived at many different locations along the West Coast. He also enjoys the adrenaline rush of skydiving. Clift also hikes regularly, and enjoys checking out some of the best trails in the Pacific Northwest during the weekend. Finally, he enjoys bowling, and is even a member of a local bowling club in Seattle. Clift finds that staying active not only is fun, but it is a great stress reliever and social activity.

When he feels like doing something more relaxed, Clift enjoys hosting small dinner parties for his friends, where he can experiment with new dishes and socialize with those that he loves. He also loves to spend time with his daughter, and is even teaching her how to cook.
