Carlton P. Gleason Jr. is a former student of the Eastern Nazarene College in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. Carlton P. Gleason Jr. later studied at Lynchburg College for his Master of Business Administration degree.

Following his formal education, Carlton P. Gleason Jr. worked as the Director of Accounting for Virginia Military Institute located in Lexington, Virginia. This position allowed Carlton P. Gleason Jr. to be involved at the executive level with the longest running state-funded military college in the country.

Carlton P. Gleason Jr. joined Allstate Insurance in 1985, and spent 27 successful years with the company. Carlton P. Gleason Jr. is the owner of an Allstate Office located in Yardley, Pennsylvania. At his Yardley office, Carlton P. Gleason Jr. works as an Insurance Agent himself as well as manages a team of other Insurance Professionals.

Carlton P. Gleason Jr. is licensed in Property, Casualty, Accident, Health Variable/Fixed Life insurance and Variable/Fixed Annuity options. Recently, Carlton P. Gleason Jr. obtained his Life Underwriter Training Council Certification.

Before beginning joining Allstate Insurance Company, Carlton P. Gleason Jr. was the Director of Accounting for Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia, which is the longest-running state sponsored military college in the country. After his time spent as an executive for the prestigious military college, Carlton P. Gleason Jr. chose to work in the insurance industry with Allstate.
