Gary Pizzati, currently Senior Vice President of Cumulus Media, has enjoyed a continually growing and successful career for nearly the past three decades. In his 28th year, Gary Pizzati is acclaimed by his peers as providing quality leadership and innovative ideas to solve problems large and small. Gary Pizzati has received multiple accolades along the way, including winning the Best Manager in Radio Award per Radio Ink Magazine two years in a row (and primed for his third year).

In addition, Gary Pizzati is credited with developing and implementing the “systems” approach to sales management while with Cumulus Media. As one of the finest points yet in his career, it was no doubt one of the reasons Gary Pizzati was given the opportunity to serve as Senior Vice President at Cumulus Media. A man of many hats who makes it all seem easy, Gary Pizzati is also serving as interim Market Manager in Minneapolis, MN and San Francisco, CA.

So far, Gary Pizzati’s nearly 30 years of experience in radio, sales, marketing, and management have provided him the opportunity to work in all areas of the country. “I’ve been so many places and met so many people that have inspired me to keep going,” says Gary Pizzati. To name just a few places Gary Pizzati has spent his professional career: Ohio, Connecticut, California, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Always willing to increase his skill set, Gary Pizzati has been driven and determined to tackle any new venture that provided the opportunity to grow.

A marker of his success, Gary Pizzati has been promoted many times throughout his career. Nearing the end of his third decade as an expert in his field, Gary Pizzati states, “I can’t imagine doing anything different; it just never gets old.”
