Bruce Ogden is the current Director of Business Development for the Industrial Services Division of EAPC. Although the company is based out of North Dakota, he and his family recently moved to Colorado. As the Director of Business Development, he is responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities for EAPC. His responsibilities more specifically include forming strategic partnerships with various companies in the energy industry and staying in touch with existing and new clients to provide them with consulting services so as best to support their growth and sustainability.

EAPC is an award-winning consulting firm that offers consulting services to wind energy, architecture, business innovation to clients in North Dakota, Minnesota, Vermont, Colorado, South Dakota, and Buenos Aires, Argentina. They provide consulting services consisting of advice on site prospecting, installation, analysis and research, construction management, and many other things. Bruce Ogden searches out companies in Colorado who is members of the wind energy, architecture and engineering, and the industrial industries. He then creates a partnership and helps those companies develop a plan using EAPC advice.

Bruce Ogden grew up on a farm in North Dakota. Growing up he learned how to hunt, fix fences, take care of livestock, herd cattle, harvest and plant crops, and many more things. In 1983, he attended Bismarck Junior College, in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he received an Associates of Science in Process Technology. He married in 1993 and had four children between the years 1996 and 2003. Between 1992 and 1998 he was the owner and operator of Pro Look Sport. He attended Bismarck State College between 2000 and 2007 and also served as an Adjunct Professor at the college while developing online curriculum for the school. He was the first person to graduate from the Energy Management Program at Bismarck State College and did so on the dean's list.

During his time at school, he worked for Dakota Gasification Company as an Operations Supervisor. He was a recipient of numerous company awards during this time including the Process Improvement Award on six different occasions, the Safety and Zero Lost Time Award on two occasions, the Twenty Years of Service Award, and the Ten Year Service Award.
