Although it is not the right path for everyone, Adhiraj Chintakrindi is convinced that school helps cultivate minds for significant future endeavors. He stated, “I believe that school is not just about obtaining a degree. There is so much more that happens in the minds of individuals while at college. Students are taught a type of self-discipline, maturity, and culture while at university. I know that you go to class and learn important material related to your future field; however, I think the most important thing I took away from school was personal growth. Students are generally on their own and endowed with more responsibility than ever. College was a huge time of growth for me personally. I had to learn to handle things on my own and not rely on other people. It also was a time that I was able to build a professional network, which is crucial to meet your career goals these days.”

Adhiraj Chintakrindi hopes that more students get excited about learning and decide to attend college. “I think the lack of the desire to learn is the major problem with students these days. Many people view education as a necessity rather than a privilege. I think many people take the opportunity of education for granted, which is very sad. If individuals view college as a chore, it will not be beneficial to them. Students must possess the desire to expand their knowledge and grow. That is when they will reap the benefits that go along with their schooling,” Adhiraj Chintakrindi stated.
