Aaron Ardaiz moved to Peoria, Arizona to work for the Phoenix company All Things Metal in November of 2015. Since then, business has boomed for the small metal working company, in part because of Ardaiz’s arrival. Ardaiz previously worked for the National Welding Corporation, traveling the company working on many different job sites that required his expertise as a professional pipe welder. After working for the National Welding Corporation for six years, Ardaiz decided to settle down in one of his favorite places to visit when he traveled, Phoenix, Arizona. He moved to nearby Peoria and started working for All Things Metal as a way of extending his career in welding and metal work.

Aaron Ardaiz continued to do his best work for customers at All Things Metal as he built experience in his new role. In addition to working well with the metal materials themselves, Ardaiz found that he had to develop a few other business skills as well. Ardaiz quickly began working more with customers and helping them get the best service and products they could get. His reputation as an excellent teammate and customer service representative grew as his technical skill increased.

While Aaron Ardaiz worked for the National Welding Corporation, he didn’t have much experience working with customers directly. He focused instead on contributing to getting jobs done on time and on-budget as much as possible. He learned quickly how to communicate and work on a team well. He recognized that working as a team is the best way to accomplish certain feats and goals that he couldn’t have done on his own. Ardaiz became known as a great teammate and that reputation followed him to Phoenix.

Aaron Ardaiz keeps finding ways to contribute to the team culture at All Things Metal in addition to providing excellent customer service and quality work to everyone who needs All Things Metal’s services. He hopes that with more experience working directly with the people of Phoenix on their metal working and welding needs, he will get to know his community better and find new ways of contributing to it as a relative newcomer to the area.
