Aaron Ardaiz has been a football fan his entire life. He played for his high school team, and has continued to follow the National Football League closely since. With his current locale being in Arizona, he is more than hyped for all the excitement surrounding the Arizona Cardinals this year.

Not only have the Arizona Cardinals already clinched the Division Title in the NFC West, but their 12-2 record has put them far ahead of any of anyone in that division, with the Seattle Seahawks next in line with their 9-5 record. With such a healthy distance from their competitors and an already-secured bye the first week of the playoffs, it is uncertain whether the Cardinals will play all their starters in the next two following matchups. Given that said matchups re against the Green Bay Packers and the Seahawks, both with strong defenses, it would be wise to give Carson Palmer and company a rest before the Divisional Playoff game, which will likely be against one of those two teams. https://vimeo.com/aaronardaiz

But then again, some would prefer to keep the momentum going. The team has won their last five games in a row, and going into the playoffs with such energy could give them the boost they need to defeat the Carolina Panthers, who are currently their predicted opponents for the conference championships. The Panthers are having their best season ever, leading the league with a 14-0 record. And even with their comfortable positioning as division leaders, they have continued to play their starters to keep their momentum going. This could influence the game-time decisions of the Cardinals to play their starters in the next two games, considering their most likely opponent in the conference round is already doing so.

Nonetheless, the season performances of Carson Palmer, Larry Fitzgerald, David Johnson and more have allowed the Cardinals to strike fear in their opponents, and Aaron Ardaiz is curious to see how the rest of the season fares for them.
