He has worked for a number of welding companies, including a six-year stint at the National Welding Corporation that saw him weld major pipelines in many different areas of the United States.

Aaron Ardaiz completed his education at Linn Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon, majoring in Machine Tool Technology to create the foundation for what would become a successful career as a welder. He worked for a number of different companies during the early years of his career, picking up various skills that he wasn’t taught during his college years and making sure to absorb all of the knowledge that he was presented with in order to improve on a professional level.

These skills were supplemented by his continuous desire to improve his own knowledge base in all aspects of the business. In addition to taking multiple certifications, including the 3G, 4G and 6G qualifications that allow him to work on a wide range of jobs, Aaron has also striven to improve his talents in other areas. He has worked on his computer skills to the point where is now proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, Master Cam 7 and Netscape Navigator, in addition to improving the way he interacts with clients based on his previous experiences.

This varied skillset has made him a very attractive candidate for any welding position, which is what All Things Metal saw in him when he interviewed for his role in the company. He now delights in doing everything that he can to offer the best service available to clients in Peoria, combining his enormous amount of technical knowledge with a business acumen that has helped the company maintain client relationships and offer the highest standard of work.
