Russian Universal Services opened its doors fifteen years ago in Los Angeles, California and has become a well-respected establishment in the community. When Russian Universal Services started, they only offered a quarter of the services they offer today. Time and experience made them grow and expand their services. “I have been with Russian Universal Services since it opened and we would hear from our clients that it would be so great if we offered travel passports and other travel services. So, little by little, we started becoming experts in finding the best flights to Russia and some other countries. It just made sense because we wanted people to come back to us and need our services more often,” said Daniel Lerman, who manages the Los Angeles office.

Being a one-stop shop means having staff on hand at all times who are experts in every service offered. Russian Universal Services depends on Daniel Lerman to train any and all new staff since he is the backbone of the office. Daniel has a passion for helping the clients and his knowledge is so vast that people often only want to talk to him. He refers clients, when his load is too large, to his capable colleagues, but they are not always happy to deal with anyone other than him!

“When I go to Russian Universal Services, I usually have a zillion questions or issues. I have someone coming over from Russia, someone needs a new passport, I need travel information, legal documents need to be translated and notarized, etc. I bring it all right to Daniel because I know he can literally make sense of all of it!” said a happy, loyal customer.

Even though their processes become more streamlined all the time, the paperwork seems to only increase in complexity. Russian Universal Services stays up-to-date on all the changes in government policy regarding immigrants with green cards, without, etc. For this reason, they will remain a one-stop shop for their clients.
