He has spent the majority of his career in business intelligence and analytics. As of 2013, Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt served a year as Optimal Solution’s Director of Analytics. His profession is demanding and he has been the invited speaker to various conferences.
Outside of his professional working career, Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt’s philanthropic efforts have been heavily focused on fighting Alzheimer’s disease. It is a disease that has affected Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt deeply after witnessing its effect on his grandmother before her passing. Watching the progression of the disease encouraged Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt to take up the cause to fight against it.
Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt joined the Alzheimer’s Association and became a committee member in 2012. As an active individual, it is easy for Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt to participate in the various fundraising events. As a committee member of Alzheimer’s Association, he works diligently to organize and promote the event.
In 2012, Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt helped organize his community’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s. “The event occurs annually and is the largest event to raise awareness and funding for Alzheimer’s support and research,” says Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt. The event welcomes participants of all ages, and events are organized nationwide.
In addition to raising funds for Alzheimer’s through Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt was a top fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association’s ALZ Starz event. “The program is relatively new; it was founded in 2010 and gives runners, cyclists, and swimmers an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for research. Those in the program get an official race jersey,” says Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt.
With previous experience organizing an event for Alzheimer’s Association, Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt felt honored to be a hosting committee member for 2014’s A Night to Remember. Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt once again looks forward to hosting such an important event. “I enjoy working for a cause and it feels good to host an event where committed and caring individuals are in abundance,” says Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt. The 2014 event will be the first event Jeremy Thomas Stierwalt has served on since 2012’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
