Crude prices slumped in early Asia trade Wednesday as fear of expanding crude inventories in the U.S. eroded earlier gains.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, light, sweet crude futures for delivery in February CLG6, -1.74% traded at $37.17 a barrel, down $0.70, or 1.9%, in the Globex electronic session. February Brent crude LCOG6, -0.95% on London’s ICE Futures exchange fell $0.43, or 1.1%, to $37.36 a barrel.

Lead prices fell 0.4 per cent to Rs 117.2 has come. 0.1 per cent while copper is trading at Rs 316.3 with slight weakness. While nickel has also declined by 0.4 per cent. And it is trading at Rs 573.5.
