These pants are durable with a reinforced inseam and knee, and they come with shoe protectors. They are also windproof and waterproof, yet still breathable. They are also suitable for hiking, motorcycling or pretty much any rainy outdoors activity. Perhaps the best part is that the pants are designed so bikers can easily get them on and off in seconds without removing their shoes.

“We wanted to create rain pants that were hassle-free, while also keeping sustainability in mind. Rain pants that were easy to get in and out of and not a problem to carry, just in case an unexpected rain shower comes along.” Lead Engineer, Valentin Nicoară, explains.

The creator of VEAR Rain Pants,Valentin Nicoară, is an engineer with a degree in Environmental Management and Sustainable Sciences from Aalborg University. In fact, he wrote his master thesis on the sustainable aspects of this product. Andrei Ursachi, is a young entrepreneur with a track record of founding several successful businesses.

Valentin and Andrei, are launching a Kickstarter campaign in October 28 to raise funds for mass production. The VEAR Rain Pants will be available for preorder on Kickstarter until November 28.
