The first purchase is of a 129,969 square foot retail shopping center located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. This center, commonly known as the 21st Dynasty Center, remains popular with both locals and tourists, and its ample parking opportunities mean that it's easily accessible by almost everyone.

"This retail center is doing well on the financial front right now, but we have reason to believe that it will do even better in the future," says a LaeRoc Fund spokesman. "Many families continue to consider shopping to be a form of family-friendly entertainment. This center's location in Chinatown allows families to come down, do a little shopping and grab a great meal. It remains a popular destination"

The second building is the former home of Little Joe's Restaurant. This property is also located in Chinatown, and a LaeRoc Fund obtained the property for $7 million.

"The location of this building is hard to beat, and many people have very fond memories of coming to Little Joe's for an authentic Italian meal," says a LaeRoc spokesman. "We're not yet sure what will happen with this building in the future, but its location is key and will provide us with a chance to make it a success in the future. We look forward to what the future will bring for this neighborhood and this investment we've made in the neighborhood's success."

LaeRoc Funds continues to look for commercial properties located within the western United States, and has also recently made purchases in Portland, Oregon. Subsequent purchases, including their purchase prices, will be detailed in later press releases.
