He is one of the best informed experts about the DUAL-VET-System from Switzerland. He wants country governments with significant youth unemployment to study the Dual Education Training system.

His duties in current role of a year are numerous. He is developing and implementing customized Code of Conduct guidelines, and conducting seminars. He is training, coaching on presentation techniques, implementing process management utilizing business re-engineering methodologies, and developing management information systems and tools. In the future, Mr. Kaelin plans to show and bring the benefit of this new educational model to other companies and education systems by building an international network.

Mr. Kaelin attributes his success to listening to clients’ needs, working in multicultural environments, and adapting to change. He started his consultancy because the development of education and training has always been important to him.

What helped him prosper was an impressive education. He holds a Master of Advanced European Studies in Political Integration and Labor Market Mobility from the University of Basel (2000) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Organization from the University of Applied Sciences, Olten (1994).

He also maintains affiliation with the New European Movement of Switzerland. He is a former board member of an important Cultural Center and former lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
