WHAT IS COUNSELING?

In a Counselling session, two people meet to explore personal problems and to identify permanent solutions.
Counselling try to understand the problems through face to face communication and issues solving.
It seeks to establish a healthy relationship between counsellor and client, so that client can share this feeling and get the solution to his problem.

WHY WE NEED COUNSELING?

Underlying issues of clients that need counselling includes, how they find that they are unhappy with a relationship.
How a person feels that they need to talk with someone to get help to figure out a problem and to make their life better in any issue like anxiety, depression and substance abuse etc.
The purpose of counselling is to help clients to achieve their personal goals and gain greater insight into their lives.
