Bring changes in your food habit
You skin needs proper nourishment even from within. Smearing sunscreens, moisturizer or cold cream is never enough to get back glowing skin and/or keep hold of shine. Drink plenty of water every day. Intake of fruit juice also adds to natural glow of your skin. Include tomatoes, strawberries, sea fish etc on your diet chart. At the same time, avoid spicy food, smoking and drinking.
