Perfect Performance Cardinal Lacrosse Club provides its players with the highest level of coaching, practice, training, and game experience possible. Our mission is to assist young athletes prepare for life and lacrosse at both the high school and college levels, while building a love for the game.
SPEED
Our speed program enhances our athletes speed, agility, conditioning, and footwork. Every season our athletes will participate in a performance evaluation to track their progress.
STRENGTH
Lacrosse players must be able to demonstrate power and explosiveness on both ends of the field. Our strength program works on improving stability, mobility, flexibility, explosiveness, power, and injury prevention.
