The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for classes X and XII board exams 2018. The admit cards are available for download on the official CBSE website - cbse.nic.in. The admit cards for both, regular and private students are available on the website.

The CBSE board exams for both, class X and XII, are slated to begin on the 5th of March 2018. While the class 10th boards get over on the 4th of April, the 12th boards continue until the 13th of April 2018. Results for both, class 10th and class 12th, are expected to be out in May 2018.

The admit cards contain details like the exam centre, roll number, etc. The steps to download the admit card are listed below:

Log on to the official CBSE website, cbse.nic.in

Under Recent Announcements, click on the link Online Admit Card/Centre Material for Class X/XII - 2018 (School Login for Regular Candidates); click on Online Admit Card for Private Candidates for Main Exam 2018 (Class X/XII) if you are a private candidate

Click on the button Click Here to Proceed on the page that opens

Enter User ID, Password, and Security Pin (shown in red) in allocated spaces
Click Login

Take a printout of the admit card


All students have to mandatorily carry their admit cards to their exam centres, without which they wouldn't be granted admission to the examination hall.
