This Press Release is written to inform the readers about the advanced therapies available at Lee Weiss’ Elev8 Centers.

Lee D Weiss is the Chief Executive officer of Elev8 Centers. A number of advanced therapies are being offered here to help people in overcoming addiction. Some of these are:

- Recreational therapy – Recreational therapies like scrapbooking, knitting, a game of baseball or bowling, can be looked upon as healthy ways to have fun, relieve stress and form relationships.

- Art therapy – Art therapists help patients explore their emotions through different media. They help you resolve your inner conflicts, gain self awareness, manage behavior, increase social skills, reduce anxiety and improve self esteem through art effectively.

- Wilderness therapy – In this therapy, the participants are made to learn skills that help them rely on themselves to survive in nature. These include treatment plans as well.

Lee D Weiss believes that these therapies help the patients in improving the activity level, building respect, and gaining self confidence. For more information, feel free to visit https://elev8centers.com/.
