A charity organization or non profit organization are generally organizations that are set up and operated for the aim of providing beneficial services or products to the public that are not for profit, which means that excess funds that are left over in the financial year are not paid out to the owners of the company nor are they distributed among the shareholders but in the place of funds are used for aim to achieve their charitable aim.
