With a CO2 laser, the possible processing is truly endless.

The laser allows the material to be heated to the point of removing an infinitesimal part and then severing it, thus guaranteeing a final result that is always very precise.

The energy released by the laser in a single point ensures that this machine is able to work on many materials:

- Acrylic engraving
- Glass
- Metal
- Card
- Plastic
- Fabrics
- Wood
- Stamps
- Plaque Engraving

Acrylic engraving:

Acrylic engraving materials are particularly suitable to be customized with lasers, for example in the production of illuminated signs, signage, point of sale displays and much more. The laser cutting allows obtaining clean and shiny cutting edges without the need for subsequent processing.

Acrylic sheets can be cut with optimum results and reduced costs. The acrylic can be engraved with the CO2 source to obtain a matt finish, or with the fiber source with the result of a change of color of the marked part.

Advantages:

- Compared to milling, laser cutting is 2 to 3 times faster depending on the power used.
- Elimination of the time required to fasten the materials needed for milling cutting.
- No risk of deforming the material.
- It is also possible to cut small geometric shapes.
- No cost for the purchase of new tools as in the case of cutters
- Laser-worked acrylic vaporizes explosively; therefore, unlike other technologies, no shavings are created for disposal.
- The laser engraving creates a high-quality matt effect on the surface of the piece, which acts as a decorative element.
- Unlike the milling cutter, the engraving takes only a few seconds and does not require long work to clean the piece

Metal engraving:

Stainless steel panels engraved is also possible with laser technology. It has been a reference point for several years with regards to the customization of objects in anodized aluminum and painted metal. Using a laser system, it is possible to quickly create extremely precise and perfectly legible decorations. Using this technology, Tool Embossing Die also can be prepared with precision.

Advantages:

- No cost for consumables, such as inks, chemicals, pastes or sprays.
- At the same time, the burdens associated with the processing and disposal of these materials, which are often expensive, are eliminated.
- No problem of wear of the equipment.
- Processing in a very short time, even of variable contents, without the need to retool or change the machine tool.
- Unlike other technologies, laser customization is permanent and resistant to wear, heat and contact with acids.
- Possibility to realize even the smallest and most detailed geometric shapes with the utmost precision.
