Choudhry career spans over 15+ years having worked domestically and internationally for JLL, Dar Al Tanmiyat and Cumming Construction Management Company.

[b]Choudhry Z Muzaffar[/b] has always believed in giving back to the community and is associated with many charitable organizations committed towards community welfare. He is active with the Illinois Landmark Association, a nonprofit organization working to preserve historical buildings in Illinois; was a counselor for Youth on Youth in Chicago IL, which provides mentorship to inner city youth; and is an active member with RICS Americas that qualifies and standardizes values in land, property, infrastructure, and construction.

[b]Choudhry Z Muzaffar[/b] has more than 15 years of experience within business and global real estate markets. He is the founder and the managing director of The Uptown Group. Over the course of his career he worked on the sell side, buy side, and development of real estate. Choudhry specializes in development advisory, transactional due diligence, asset management, valuation advisory, value creation, and operator selection & negotiations. He is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Urbana college of LAS majoring in Economics (2000), a licensed broker in the State of IL, a member of ULI and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is married to Sana Muzaffar and is a proud father of four. During his free time, Choudhry enjoys reading about different subject matters and participating in and coaching basketball.
