[b]Shashi Doni[/b] has been a consultant in his own firm, Conscentia Consulting LLC, since 2012. Being a leading IT architect, he specializes in the design and architecture of low-touch trading technology platform across algorithmic trading, smart order routing, crossing and market data. He started his professional career as a team leader with Bloomberg L.P. Later, he worked for reputed organizations like Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and BNP Paribas. Shashi Doni completed his degree as a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Science and Technology from the University Of Mysore, India in 1998. Later on, he did his Masters of Science in Polymer Engineering from University of Akron, Ohio in 2000. In addition, he has completed the course work as a Master of Science, Mathematics and Computer Science. In his free time, he volunteers for NYC Care and other organizations.
