Ceramic PCBs: The ceramic PCBs have an advantage over other traditional boards because they provide suitable substrates for electronic circuits which have low expansion coefficient and high thermal conductivity. This can be used for chip-on-board modules, high-power circuits, proximity sensors, etc.

2. Blind via/buried via PCB: The blind via/ buried via PCB is used to connect between the layers of a PCB where space is at a premium. The blind via connects the outer layer to the inner layers but does not go through the entire board. The buried via connects to the inner layers but do not go to the outer layer.

They also manufacture Rogers/Arlon/Taconic PCB. Since 2010, they have also been focusing on FPC manufacturing where they have an excellent production capacity of it so that they can meet the customers’ demands of not only high and medium but also low-end products.
