LAS VEGAS – Ori’Zaba’s, a fast casual Mexican restaurant chain based in Las Vegas, has named Adam Petersen as its Franchise Sales Manager. Tasked with spearheading growth of the restaurant chain’s franchising model, Petersen will leverage his skills and experience in the industry to capitalize on its success and further expand into the greater Las Vegas market and beyond.

Petersen joins Ori’Zaba’s with 13 years of sales experience. Most recently, he worked at Amur Equipment Finance as a Senior Account Manager. Previously, he served as Regional Manager, Central US, for Winmark Capital Corporation for five years. He also has direct industry experience with both Seva, where he was Director of Franchise Development, and at NOVUS Franchising.

Founded in 2001, Ori’Zaba’s is now an established and growing business. In his new role, Petersen will leverage his sales expertise and relationship building skills to share the advantages of the growing brand with interested investors. His responsibilities include managing the entire process from the initial inquiry to awarding a franchise as well as ensuring a smooth transition to implementation.
