Newly Reopened, New-Look Royal Orchid Lounge Welcomes THAI Passengers

1888 PressRelease - The Thai Airways International Royal Orchid Lounge in Concourse E-West at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport is welcoming passengers with a fresh new look.

 
The Royal Orchid Lounge has reopened following the completion of a refurbishment that sees guests enjoy a warm and cozy atmosphere complemented with gracious THAI service.

Open daily from 5 am to 2 am, the newly refurbished lounge located on Level 3 of the concourse can accommodate 22 first class passengers and 88 business class passengers.

Lounge facilities include an exclusive zone for first class passengers with spacious sofa seating and culinary delicacies and beverages, an area for business class passengers also with sofas, two private rooms, a hi-speed internet bar, savory self-service buffet and beverage corner, slumber area, shower rooms and toilets with wheelchair accessibility.

The Royal Orchid Lounge is open to first class passengers departing on any THAI or Star Alliance flight (along with one guest departing on any THAI or Star Alliance flight), business class passengers departing on any THAI or Star Alliance flight, and Royal Orchid Plus Gold and Star Alliance Gold card holders departing on any THAI or Star Alliance flight (along with one guest departing on any THAI or Star Alliance flight).

Other lounges operated by THAI at Suvarnabhumi Airport are the Royal First Lounge in Concourse D which is open from 5 am to 1 am and the Royal Silk Lounges in Concourse E, C and D which are open from 5 am to 2 am.

There is also a Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse A (Domestic) open from 5 am to 11.30 pm to Royal Silk Class passengers departing on a THAI domestic flight, and Royal Orchid Plus Gold and Star Alliance Gold card holders departing on a THAI domestic flight (along with one guest departing on a THAI domestic flight).

Just the thing for THAI Royal First Class and Royal Silk Class passengers ahead of a longhaul flight from Bangkok to Copenhagen, for example, or a flight from Bangkok to London or to any other destination on the Thai national flag carrier's global network, could be a delightful spa treatment at the Royal Orchid Spa situated in Concourse D and open daily from 6 am to 11.30 pm.
