1888PressRelease - MBA (www.militarybenefit.org) will sponsor the 45th EANGUS exposition in New Orleans and provide free military transition and benefit assistance at this year's conference.

The Military Benefit Association will sponsor the 45th Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States exposition from Aug. 21, 2016 to Aug. 24, 2016 in New Orleans at the Hilton Riverside. MBA is also excited to provide free military transition and benefit assistance at this year's conference.

"This is our third year sponsoring the EANGUS conference and we are excited to be back as a corporate sponsor. MBA has been taking care of our enlisted troops since 1956. This year, we hope service members, veterans, spouses and their families will take advantage of the National Service Officer we brought in to discuss transition and benefits" said Roy L. Gibson, MBA Outreach Team. "MBA is a non-profit association, which separates us from many other companies working with the National Guard. We were created to support our service members and this is our 60th year working with service members, spouses and veterans."

MBA is sponsoring two great events this year in New Orleans. The Junior Enlisted Night at "Rock N Bowl" on North Carrolton Avenue will be on Monday, Aug 22nd and the All Area Hospitality Night, commonly referred to as "pin night" will be sponsored by MBA on Tues. Aug. 23rd. Transportation will be provided for the Junior Enlisted Night that begins at 7 p.m. Additionally, MBA will provide the "pin-ribbons" free of charge at their convention booth, booth 801, for the Heritage Park All Area Hospitality Night beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Heritage Park is a short walk from the conference center.

"Sponsoring the social events is our way of familiarizing EANGUS members with our great organization," said Gibson. "We're anxious to get to know these service members at MBA's convention booth and this year we will also have the Pelican Suite for attendees to get to know our association better. Pick up your All States pin-ribbon at booth 801, register for our free YETI cooler raffle and let MBA show you how to save money."

MBA is offering a new service to all attendees this year. Any service member, veteran or spouse may meet Larry Jones, National Service Officer for a one-on-one appointment at the MBA suite from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22nd. Mr. Jones is ready to discuss transitioning with any service member, veteran, spouse or family who wants to understand their benefits. MBA highly encourages anyone wishing to meet with Mr. Jones to bring their DD214 or Leave and Earnings Statement. Set up an appointment before the conference begins by emailing carl.ey ( @ ) militarybenefit dot org dot If you don't have an appointment, stop by the MBA booth (801) to make an appointment and register to win a YETI cooler!

MBA will raffle off nine YETI coolers; four Roadie-20 coolers, four YETI Hopper-20 coolers and one Yeti Tundra-50 cooler. The raffle is free for any attendee. Stop by booth 801 and sign up or catch us in the Pelican Booth to check out the coolers and get into the raffle.

Military Benefit Association was originally founded in 1956 to support enlisted service members with their life insurance needs. In 1963, MBA grew to support all military personnel, veterans, federal government employees and member dependents. In our 60th year, there remains one clear mission: to make quality life insurance affordable for all military and federal civilian families. MBA remains true to that mission today.
