After a series of both recreational and professional classes conducted in August, Wisk is pleased to announce an exciting line-up for September.

• On September 19, health-conscious bakers can join MasterChef India finalist Karishma Sakhrani who will teach a class on desserts that are low-calorie, vegan, wheat-free, gluten-free, without compromising on taste.

• Starting September 20, a three-part series on the Basics of Bread will educate participants on the 14 steps of bread baking, and will teach Pullman, French Baguettes, Rolls, Buns and Kaiser Rolls.

• On September 23 and 24, Chef Heena Punwani will teach a two-day workshop on Classic French Patisserie, where participants will learn the basic skills for meringue-based desserts, how to build a layer cake from scratch, and the proper techniques for making French tarts
