The first biopharmaceutical company she worked for was Towers Perrin Strategy Consulting. She spent six years with this company and provided clients with assessments on talent, organization, and performance. In 2000, she was offered a position with Scient Corporation. She began working as a managing director and focused on e-business and digital health. She worked with this company for two years.

In 2002, she began her career with IMS Consulting Group. With this company she performed comprehensive market research and she worked with a variety of pharmaceutical clients. She gained experience with a wide array of therapies and medications. She worked with this company for seven years and gained valuable experience and knowledge. In 2009, she chose to leave the biopharmaceutical industry. She became the Chief Administrative Officer of Forex Industry and ran the company with her late fiancé, Mitchell Vasquez.

In 2015, Mitchell Vasquez passed away suddenly in his sleep. Despite the fact that Forex Industry was left with a precarious future, Pamela Chiesi continued to run the company. She kept it profitable and she maintained a zero turnover rate. She wanted to keep her fiancé’s company running and worked hard as the Chief Administrative Officer. Despite her success, she decided to leave the financial industry and return to consulting. She will use her fifteen years of biopharmaceutical consulting experience as well as her financial experience to reenter this industry and build a new career.
