Christopher Mingoia is a Principal for grades 9 to 12 at North Arlington High School in North Arlington, NJ. As a school Principal, he redesigns as well as implements the curriculum and instructional programs. He always makes sure that each student gets effective education.

- From September 1999 to November 2005, worked as a physical education/health teacher in Westminster School #26, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, for Grades Pre-Kindergarten to eighth.

- From November 2005 to July 2006, worked with Dr. Albert Einstein School No. 29, in Elizabeth, NJ, as the School Disciplinarian for Grades Pre-Kindergarten to eighth.

- From August 2006 to June 2008, worked in Monsignor Joao S. Antao School No. 31, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, as School Disciplinarian for Grades Pre- Kindergarten to eighth.

- From January 2009 to June 2011, he worked in Ronald Reagan School No. 30 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, as the Vice Principal for Grades Pre- Kindergarten to eighth.

- From July 2011 to September 2016, served as the Principal in Toussaint L’Ouverture – Marquise de Lafayette School No. 6 in Elizabeth, New Jersey for Grades Pre- Kindergarten to eighth.

Christopher Mingoia started his career in September 1999 as a Physical Education/Health teacher for Grades Pre-Kindergarten – 8th at Westminster School #26 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. And, since September 2016 - present, he has been a successful Principal North Arlington High School North Arlington, New Jersey.
