Christopher Mingoia is the Principal at North Arlington High School in North Arlington, New Jersey. He works under the general of the Superintendent and/or Superintendent Designee, who is responsible for carrying out the guidance and direction of the Board of Education. He has also developed a partnership with Bergen Community College that allows students to attain up to an associate’s degree in a college setting while still in high school.

Apart from this, Christopher Mingoia is a mentor for new Principal’s seeking their standard Principal Certification. The program is the New Jersey Leaders to Leaders (NJL2L) and is run through the New Jersey Principals and supervisors Association (NJPSA). He has been working with them for approximately 5 years and has mentored around 10 new administrators.

Apart from this, Christopher has also been a successful soccer, baseball, and basketball coach. He was the Head Middle School Girls Basketball Coach from 2002 – 2006. From 2003 to 2006, Christopher was the Head Middle School Baseball Coach at Westminster School #26 in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Christopher Mingoia started his career in September 1999 as a Physical Education/Health teacher for Grades Pre-Kindergarten – 8th at Westminster School #26 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. From November 2005 to July 2006, he was the School Disciplinarian at Dr. Albert Einstein School No. 29 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Later in August 2006, he started working as a school disciplinarian with Monsignor Joao S. Antao School No. 31. From January 2009 – June 2011, he served as the Vice Principal at Ronald Reagan School No. 30. In July 2011, Christopher Mingoia was appointed as the Principal for Grades Pre-Kindergarten – 8th at Toussaint L’Ouverture – Marquise de Lafayette School No. 6 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. And, since September 2016, he has been serving as the Principal of North Arlington High School North Arlington, New Jersey.
