Like each year, Optimal Virtual Employee gave away free warm clothes worth Rs. 5 lakhs. It has been their biggest winter charity giveaway till now. (Last year the total amount was 3.5 lakhs). The team at Optimal understands their role in building a better society; they have regular charity events throughout the year to help the needy.

Apart from giving away free new warm clothes, the team at OVE also gathered old clothes donated by their employees for the homeless. A group of volunteers distributed the clothes to the homeless people in and around New Delhi. The volunteers were given time off work to do this.

“It is a privilege, being a volunteer in such a charity drive,” said Mukesh Sharma, an OpenCart developer who has been working with OVE for four years now.” Another volunteer, Sneha Tripathi, a Joomla developer who is new to the OVE family, said: “I had so many unwanted clothes in my cupboard, donating them felt great.”
