Pedro is a 22-year-old man from a rural community in Chihuahua; he’s just recently graduated from the state University and proudly he’s the first one in his family to have the opportunity to attend college to get a higher education. After doing some interviews for possible employers Pedro went back to his village to help his family and friends. Soon after, Pedro was selected to occupy a good position in a food production company. However, a small detail made the difference for him and could not get to his new job.

Pedro’s village as so many other villages in Mexico don’t receive signal network and in the best case scenario it is very weak.
