When a Woman is pregnant, it is important for them to have a healthy food which is crucial for her and her baby.

 
The nutritionist suggested to all the mothers that they should take healthy foods and beverages that provide more nutrients which are very useful for the proper growth of the baby. What do pregnant women eat it is mainly a big question for pregnant women but having proper nutrients can help both mother and children to keep them healthy. Nutrients like Folic Acid which is found in food this is a Vitamin B which assist in preventing congenital disabilities in baby’s brain and spine. Calcium is the mineral which is used for the building of baby’s bone and teeth; it is important for pregnant women of age 19 to have 1,000 mg of calcium per day and for teenage pregnant women of 14 to 18 it is needed 1,300 mg per day. Iron is also important for pregnant women its quantity is 27 mg per day.

What are the causes of late pregnancy is the main question among many women’s who have crossed the age of 30, as many women’s work very hard to get high profile jobs as for making their career but the problem which they face in pregnancy is the reduction of egg production after the age of 30. Hormone imbalance is also the main issue among the women’s of age 30 to 40. It is also important for pregnant woman to have proper bed rest and do not do daily work very fast. Having regular checkups may also reduce the chances of late pregnancy. High blood pressure, diabetes, and thyroid is also the reason of late pregnancy.

For proper development of the baby in mother’s womb, it is important to complete full nine months cycle of pregnancy or 39 weeks. Ml, months of pregnancy months which cover all the three trimesters of pregnancy here in the first month the water-tight sac build around the fertilized egg and placenta also developed in the first quarter. At the end of the first month large dark circle for eyes, the mouth, the throat and the lower jaw also developed. In the second month, the facial feature of the baby continues to grow. In third month full baby if formed which lead to the proper development of the child.
