Iinet is an internet service provider based in Australia with a huge number of customers. Sometimes users are not able to reset their Iinet password. So, we have mentioned the steps involved in resetting the password as follows.
• Enter the username, date of birth, and mobile number on the reset password page to SMS on your mobile phone.
• If you have not listed your contact number on your account, then click on the ‘Don’t know this mobile number?’ option.
• Now enter your username and date of birth, and then select one of the options from I to pay by credit card or I pay by direct debit option.
• If you pay with a credit card, then you will need to enter a partial number of your credit card and expiry date. The card must be linked to your Iinet account.
• If you pay with direct debit, then you will need the account number and BSB for the link bank account.
• Click on recover password, and the system will send you a recovery email.
