A 2- Day Sponsored National level workshop was conducted on the 6th and 7th of March, 2017 by the Department of Electronics and Communication, OIST, Bhopal. The workshop has been organized in association with Cognizance, IIT Roorkee and Revert Technology Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, a firm specializing in the development of IOT applications.

The experts from the IIT Roorkee, Prof. Bipul Saini and the Convener of the event, Dr Kavita Burse, emphasized on the relevance of gaining technical skills in this upcoming Technology, which is all set to drive the Technological advancements of near future.

The Students developed many projects on IOT using Rasberry Pi as the development Platform and Python as the Programming language. The best projects will get a chance to showcase their projects in IIT Roorkee during Cognizance on 23-24 March, 2017.

This advanced National level workshop has been sponsored by the MP Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal, which has been instrumental in promoting activities related to advance technologies.
