Amazing Flexibility

OctoFrost’s IQF freezing tunnel is provided with an ergonomic operating panel and removable bedplates to ensure amazing flexibility and friendly operation. The bedplates can be changed in just a few minutes and don’t interfere with the time of production. As OctoFrost is always concerned about food safety, the use of the removable bedplates lowers the risk of cross contamination between several batches of distinct products.

Easy to Clean

The unique design provided by OctoFrost individual quick freezer allows a perfect hygiene. The particularities of this design are the one hermetic unit with round corners, sloping surfaces and a lateral wall which can be easily opened. OctoFrost utilizes the efficient Clean In Place system which can be used after the removal of the bedplates. The Clean In Place system consists in water jets and a foam generator which easily clean every section of the freezer. OctoFrost made sure it follows and outperforms all international standards for Food Process Equipment.

High Performance Fans

The flow is kept in control by the use of High Performance Fans that function independently in every freezing area. The fans can be controlled and provide higher heat transmission and freezing extent. The fans are created for optimal pressure, airflow and ensure energy saving.
