Fitness levels are different for each and every one of us.

 
Fitness levels are different for each and every one of us. Yes, it is wise to consult a physician before engaging in any type of workout regimen, however only we know our own body and what we are capable of doing with it. Working as a team with our Doctors or Nutritionists is the best method in creating a personalized and safe routine.

Workout Clothing:

It all begins with comfort. Gym clothes are not only designed to make us look good. They are specifically created to provide us with flexibility, free range of motion and to facilitate in the ease of working out. Utilize those tank tops for men or yoga pants for women in the name of comfort.

Bodybuilding:

Weight lifting is one of the highest forms of exercise available, especially for those who are not able to maintain long periods of time performing fast paced cardio. The slow pace of lifting weights not only allows us to build our muscles, it slowly but surely burns fat and keeps us just as healthy as the fast paced training.
